Before you send
How big is your pool? A rough length and width is fine.
What's it made of? Fibreglass feels smooth and slightly hollow when tapped. Concrete is dense, often with a rough render. A vinyl liner has a track under the coping that holds it in place.
Take a photo. A wide shot of the whole pool and a few close-ups of any problem areas.
