Privacy

Australian Pool Resurfacing Pty Ltd (ABN 32 615 229 377) respects your privacy.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, information about your pool and any photos you send.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, inspect your pool, prepare your quote and condition report, carry out and invoice the work, and honour your warranty. We keep job records so your warranty can be honoured.

Who we share it with

We use business software to manage enquiries, jobs and invoices, and your details are stored in those systems. If you apply for finance, you deal with the finance provider directly. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it for legal or warranty reasons. Contact us on 03 5975 5955 or info@fixmypool.com.au.
